BMS-103

PDL1 Inhibitor

BMS-103 is a potent inhibitor of programmed death-ligand 1 (PDL1) with an IC50 of 79.1 nM and a binding affinity (kd) of 44 nM. This compound has been shown to decrease the survival rate of acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia and ovarian cancer cells. BMS-103 is suitable for research applications focused on targeting PDL1 in acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia and various malignancies, including ovarian cancer.
