Lck Inhibitor
BMS-243117 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Lck, a key enzyme in T-cell signaling. With an IC50 of 4 nM, it effectively inhibits Lck activity and demonstrates the ability to disrupt anti-CD3/anti-CD28 stimulated proliferation of human peripheral blood T-cells, with an IC50 of 1.1 μM.
