BMS-684
DGKα Inhibitor
BMS-684 is a selective diacylglycerol kinase alpha (DGKα) inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of 15 nM. This compound demonstrates over 100-fold selectivity for DGKα compared to other DGK type I family members, specifically DGKβ and DGKγ, while sparing the remaining seven DGK isozymes. BMS-684 is valuable in research applications exploring signal transduction pathways and lipid metabolism involving DGKα modulation.
