iGluR
BMT-108908 is a negative allosteric modulator selectively targeting the NR2B subtype of the NMDA receptor. This compound has been investigated for its effects on cognitive function, demonstrating impairments across various cognitive domains in research settings. Although BMT-108908 did not significantly affect γ wave power in EEG readings, it exhibited notable inhibitory and enhancing effects on β and δ wave power, making it useful for studies on synaptic activity and cognitive processes.
