BNN6
NO Donor
BNN6 is a thermoresponsive nitric oxide (NO) donor that releases high concentrations of NO upon thermal stimulation. The liberated NO demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity through the induction of apoptosis in tumor cells and the inhibition of their repair mechanisms. Additionally, BNN6 can be utilized in the synthesis of the multifunctional biosensor BNN6-BiTiS3-iRGD, which enhances the therapeutic efficacy of photothermal therapy (PTT) in cancer research applications.
