BPIPP
GC-C/Adenylyl Cyclase Inhibitor
BPIPP is a potent inhibitor of guanylyl cyclase type C (GC-C) and adenylyl cyclase, effectively suppressing the synthesis of cyclic nucleotides. Through its action, BPIPP impedes chloride-ion transport that is stimulated by the activation of these cyclases.
