Brigimadlin

MDM-2 Inhibitor

Brigimadlin is an orally active inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MDM-2, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of the tumor suppressor protein p53. By preventing MDM-2 from mediating the degradation of p53, Brigimadlin enhances p53 activity, promoting apoptosis in cancer cells. This compound is primarily utilized in antineoplastic research to explore therapeutic strategies targeting p53 signaling pathways.
