Briobacept
BLyS Fusion Protein
Briobacept is a recombinant glycoprotein that consists of two molecules from the BLyS receptor (BR3) fused with the Fc domain of human IgG1. It selectively targets B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS), leading to the induction of apoptosis in B cells. This reagent is valuable for research in autoimmune disorders, particularly in the study of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
