TRIM24/BRPF1/2 Inhibitor

BRPF1B/TRIM24-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor targeting the TRIM24, BRPF1, and BRPF2 proteins, exhibiting potent inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 0.43, 0.34, and 1.75 μM, respectively. This compound effectively binds to the TRIM24 bromodomain with a dissociation constant (KD) of 222 nM, while demonstrating KD values of 137 nM for the BRPF1 bromodomain and 1130 nM for BRD1. BRPF1B/TRIM24-IN-1 is valuable for studies investigating the roles of these bromodomains in various biological processes and diseases, including cancer and transcription regulation.
