HCK Inhibitor
BT424 is a selective inhibitor of Hemopoietic Cell Kinase (HCK), effectively regulating macrophage activation and autophagy in vitro. This compound demonstrates potent anti-inflammatory activity and has been shown to ameliorate inflammation and kidney fibrosis in a unilaterally obstructed ureter (UUO) model, making it a valuable tool for studying inflammation-related disorders and therapeutic interventions.
