Antiallergic Agent

BTL-MK, an orally active antiallergic agent, primarily targets the inhibitory receptor FcγRIIB to inhibit mast cell degranulation with an IC50 of 6.7 μM. This compound demonstrates significant efficacy in ameliorating allergic responses in an Ovalbumin-induced food allergy mouse model. Additionally, BTL-MK shows enhanced metabolic stability in human liver microsomes, indicating favorable pharmacokinetic properties for research applications in allergy and immunology studies.
