Bucolome

Cytochrome P450 Inhibitor

Bucolome is a selective inhibitor of cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9), primarily used for its uricosuric and anti-inflammatory properties. Its mechanism of action facilitates the increased excretion of uric acid, making it valuable in the research of hyperuricemia and related conditions. Bucolome's modulation of CYP2C9 activity also provides a useful tool for studying drug metabolism and interactions in pharmacological research.
