Bumetanide-d5

NKCC1 Inhibitor

Bumetanide-d5 is a deuterium-labeled derivative of Bumetanide, a selective inhibitor of the Na+-K+-Cl- cotransporter 1 (NKCC1). It exhibits weak inhibitory activity on NKCC2, with reported IC50 values of 0.68 μM for hNKCC1A and 4.0 μM for hNKCC2A. This reagent is valuable for studying electrolyte transport and the physiological roles of NKCC transporters in various biological contexts.
