BW A575C
ACE/β-adrenoceptor Inhibitor
BW A575C is a dual inhibitor targeting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and β-adrenoceptors. This compound has been shown to competitively block isoprenaline-induced tachycardia in guinea pig right atrial tissue and inhibit angiotensin I-induced pressor responses in rat models. BW A575C holds potential for investigating hypertensive diseases and related cardiovascular research applications.
