C3N-Dbn-Trp2
ABCB1 Inhibitor
C3N-Dbn-Trp2 is a selective inhibitor of the ATP-binding cassette transporter ABCB1. It effectively inhibits the efflux of Rhodamine 123 in HEK293T and HCT-15 cell lines, demonstrating IC50 values of 5.9 µM and 2.2 µM, respectively. Additionally, C3N-Dbn-Trp2 enhances the cytotoxic effects of Doxorubicin in cells that express ABCB1, making it a valuable tool for studying drug resistance mechanisms and evaluating therapeutic strategies in cancer research.
