BPTF Inhibitor

C620-0696 is a selective inhibitor of the bromodomain containing protein BPTF, exhibiting a KD value of 35.5 μM. It has demonstrated cytotoxic effects in A549 and H358 non-small cell lung cancer cell lines by inhibiting c-Myc expression. Additionally, C620-0696 reduces cell migration and colony formation, and it induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
