Calcium influx inducer compound 634

Calcium Influx Inducer

Calcium influx inducer compound 634 acts as a calcium influx inducer, significantly enhancing the release of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (mBMDCs) at a concentration of 10 µM. Additionally, it upregulates surface markers CD86 and CD80 on mBMDCs, indicating its role in modulating immune responses. The observed effects can be inhibited by the calcium release-activated calcium channel blocker, YM-58483, highlighting its potential applications in studying calcium signaling and immune cell activation.
