Cardiomyocyte Proliferation Promoting Agent
Cardiomyocyte Proliferation Promoting Agent-1 ((E/Z)-GA-002) serves as a potent promoter of cardiomyocyte proliferation. This E/Z mixture includes GA-002, a selective kinase inhibitor targeting LATS1 and LATS2, with IC50 values of 3.93 nM and 3.87 nM, respectively. By modulating the Hippo pathway, GA-002 enhances the expression of related genes, inhibits the phosphorylation of YAP/TAZ, and facilitates the nuclear translocation of YAP. Its application may be valuable in cardiac regeneration research and therapies aimed at heart disease.
