Cariprazine-d8

Antipsychotic Agent

Cariprazine-d8 is a deuterium-labeled variant of Cariprazine, acting primarily as an antipsychotic agent. This compound demonstrates a high affinity for dopamine D3 receptors (Ki = 0.085 nM) and D2 receptors (Ki = 0.49 nM), along with a moderate affinity for the 5-HT1A receptor (Ki = 2.6 nM). Cariprazine-d8 is useful for investigating the pharmacodynamics of antipsychotics and studying receptor binding characteristics in neuropharmacological research.
