CARM1 Inhibitor
CARM1-IN-6 is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme CARM1, exhibiting an IC50 of 12.3 μM and a Kd of 0.6785 μM. This compound effectively suppresses the expression of oncogenic estrogen/ERα-target genes, activates type I interferon (IFN) pathways, and induces IFN-stimulated genes (ISGs). Additionally, CARM1-IN-6 leads to cell cycle arrest and inhibits the proliferation of breast cancer cells in both in vitro and in vivo models, making it a valuable tool for research in breast cancer.
