CAY10789 is a selective modulator of CysLT1R (cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1) and GPBAR1 (G-protein-coupled bile acid receptor 1), acting as a potent antagonist with an IC50 of 2.80 μM and an agonist with an EC50 of 3 μM. This compound effectively reduces U937 cell adhesion to human aortic endothelial cells (HAEC) and diminishes TNF-α expression, indicating its potential as an anti-inflammatory agent.
