Molecular Glue

CB039 is a selective molecular glue degrader that targets RBM39 (RNA-binding protein 39). By facilitating the formation of a ternary complex between RBM39 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase CUL4-DCAF15, CB039 promotes the proteasomal degradation of RBM39. This compound is particularly relevant for research in cancers that exhibit RBM39 dependency, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and ovarian cancer.
