CBHcy
BGMT Inhibitor
CBHcy is a potent inhibitor of betaine-homocysteine S-methyltransferase (BGMT), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.09 μM. This compound has been shown to upregulate plasma total homocysteine levels, resulting in transient hyperhomocysteinemia in mouse models.
