XOR Inhibitor

CC15009 is a potent xanthine oxidoreductase (XOR) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.237 nM. By selectively inhibiting the oxidative subtype of XOR, it reduces the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and exerts antioxidant effects. CC15009 has shown a significant dose-dependent reduction in uric acid levels in two distinct mouse models of hyperuricemia induced by XOR substrates, making it valuable for research in conditions related to oxidative stress and hyperuricemia.
