CDK12/13 ligand 1

ALK Inhibitor

CDK12/13 ligand 1 is a selective inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), with demonstrated inhibition of tyrosine protein kinases including CDK2/CyclinE1 and focal adhesion kinase (FAK). At a concentration of 10 μM, it exhibits a maximum inhibition of 40.63% on ALK kinase activity. This compound is relevant for anti-cancer research, particularly in studies focusing on targeting ALK-dependent signaling pathways.
