CDK4/6-IN-14 is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), displaying IC50 values of 10 nM and 16 nM, respectively. This compound exhibits over 60-fold selectivity compared to CDK1, CDK2, CDK7, and CDK9, while demonstrating high specificity against a broader panel of 205 kinases.
