Monoclonal Antibody

CDX-3379 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets ErbB3, effectively blocking its dimerization with other receptor tyrosine kinases. This mechanism inhibits the downstream phosphorylation of ErbB3, leading to reduced tumor cell growth and proliferation. CDX-3379 is particularly relevant for research involving tumors that express ErbB3 and neuregulin-1 (NRG1), such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
