Ceefourin 1
MRP4 Inhibitor
Ceefourin 1 is a selective inhibitor of the multidrug resistance protein 4 (MRP4). This compound effectively inhibits the transport of various MRP4 substrates while demonstrating a high degree of selectivity against other ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters.
