TTK Inhibitor
CFI-401870 is a potent threonine tyrosine kinase (TTK) inhibitor, demonstrating an IC50 of 3.1 nM. This compound has been shown to effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells, leading to chromosome lag and increased aneuploidy, as well as cell cycle arrest. Research applications include the investigation of cancer mechanisms and therapeutic strategies, particularly in colon cancer studies.
