CFM-1

CARP-1/APC-2 Binding Antagonist

CFM-1 is a small molecule antagonist that selectively targets the binding of CARP-1 and APC-2 with an EC50 value of 4.1 μM. It is shown to induce G2/M cell cycle arrest and effectively suppress the viability of human breast cancer cells. CFM-1 is utilized in cancer research to explore the molecular mechanisms of cell cycle regulation and potential therapeutic approaches for breast cancer treatment.
