cGAS Inhibitor
cGAS-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), demonstrating IC50 values of 2.28 μM for human cGAS (h-cGASFL) and 1.44 μM for mouse cGAS (m-cGASCD). This compound is valuable for research into autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions, enabling studies on the modulation of the cGAS signaling pathway and its implications in disease progression.
