Aromatase Inhibitor
CGP-45688 is a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor that effectively reduces estrogen levels in biological systems. With an ED50 of 30-100 μg/kg, it demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity against estrogen-dependent breast tumors in rat models.
