CHD1L Inhibitor
CHD1Li 6.11 is a selective inhibitor of Chromodomain Helicase DNA Binding Protein 1 Like (CHD1L) with an IC50 of 3.3 µM against recombinant cat-CHD1L protein. This compound demonstrates the ability to inhibit epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and facilitate mesenchymal-epithelial transition, promoting apoptosis in tumor organoid models. CHD1Li 6.11 is primarily used in cancer research, particularly in studies focused on colorectal cancer and its underlying mechanisms.
