ChemR23-IN-1
ChemR23 Inhibitor
ChemR23-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the ChemR23 receptor, demonstrating IC50 values of 38 nM and 100 nM for human and mouse ChemR23, respectively. This compound effectively inhibits the chemotaxis of CAL-1 cells triggered by Chemerin in vitro. ChemR23-IN-1 is valuable for research applications focused on immune response modulation and understanding the role of ChemR23 in various biological processes.
