Anticancer Agent

CHNQD-01426 is an anticancer agent that exerts cytotoxic effects on cancer cells. It significantly inhibits the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by inducing cell cycle arrest at the S and G2/M phases and promotes apoptosis through the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the upregulation of apoptosis-related proteins. Additionally, CHNQD-01426 demonstrates potent tumor growth inhibition in a HepG2 xenograft mouse model, making it a valuable candidate for further cancer research applications.
