Chrysotobibenzyl

Anticancer Agent

Chrysotobibenzyl is a natural compound isolated from the stem of Dendrobium pulchellum, targeting multiple pathways in lung cancer cells. It exhibits significant inhibitory effects on migration, invasion, and filopodia formation in H460 and H292 cell lines, primarily through the modulation of Cav-1 and integrin proteins β1, β3, and αν, while also suppressing epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Additionally, Chrysotobibenzyl enhances the cytotoxic effects of Cisplatin, making it a promising candidate for research into novel anticancer therapies.
