Chst15 Inhibitor
Chst15-IN-1 is a potent reversible covalent inhibitor of Chst15, targeting the sulfation of chondroitin sulfate-E (CS-E) and other glycosaminoglycan (GAG) sulfotransferases. By selectively inhibiting sulfotransferase activity, Chst15-IN-1 reduces the inhibitory effects of chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans (CSPGs), promoting conditions conducive to neuronal repair. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on neural regeneration and the modulation of glycosaminoglycan-mediated signaling pathways.
