ChX710
ISRE Induction
ChX710 targets the induction of the Interferon-Stimulated Response Element (ISRE) and enhances the type I interferon response to cytosolic DNA. This compound stimulates the activation of ISRE promoter sequences, leading to the expression of specific interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) and the phosphorylation of Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3). ChX710 is applicable in research focused on innate immune responses and the molecular mechanisms underlying interferon signaling pathways.
