Cinrebafusp alfa
CD137/HEr2 Anticalin-based Drug
Cinrebafusp alfa is a bispecific anticalin-based drug that targets CD137 and HER2 with high affinity. By binding to recombinant human HER2 and human monomeric CD137, it promotes T-cell costimulation through HER2-dependent clustering and activation of 4-1BB. This mechanism enhances T-cell receptor-mediated activity, facilitating tumor destruction. Cinrebafusp alfa shows promise for research focused on HER2-positive solid tumors.
