Cirsilineol

Immunosuppressive Drug

Cirsilineol is a natural flavone compound that selectively inhibits the IFN-γ/STAT1/T-bet signaling pathway in intestinal CD4+ T cells. This compound exhibits significant immunosuppressive and anti-tumor properties. Cirsilineol has been shown to effectively ameliorate T-cell-mediated experimental colitis induced by trinitro-benzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) in mouse models, making it a valuable reagent for research in immunology and cancer therapy.
