V-11-071 Isomer
cis-V-11-0711 is a cis isomer of V-11-0711, a potent and selective Chk-α inhibitor with an IC50 of 20 nM. This compound has been shown to significantly lower phosphocholine (PCho) levels and can induce reversible growth arrest and apoptosis at elevated concentrations. cis-V-11-0711 is suitable for investigating its effects in cervical cancer and triple-negative breast cancer research applications.
