CK37

Choline Kinase-α Inhibitor

CK37 is a competitive inhibitor of choline kinase-α, targeting the enzyme's activity in human cells. It effectively suppresses MAPK and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways and disrupts actin cytoskeletal organization. CK37 also diminishes the activating phosphorylations of ERK. This compound demonstrates significant anticancer activity across various cancer types, including cervical cancer, melanoma, Lewis lung carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, breast cancer, and leukemia, making it a valuable tool for cancer research.
