Clathrin-IN-2
CME Inhibitor
Clathrin-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME), exhibiting an IC50 value of 2.3 μM. In addition, it inhibits the dynamin I GTPase with an IC50 value of 7.7 μM. Clathrin-IN-2 is valuable for studying the mechanisms of endocytic processes and their implications in cellular function and signal transduction. This compound can be utilized in research applications focused on membrane trafficking and receptor internalization.
