CLK1/2 Inhibitor
CLK1/2-IN-3 is a potent and selective inhibitor of CLK1 and CLK2, exhibiting IC50 values of 1.1 nM and 2.1 nM, respectively. This compound demonstrates significant anti-proliferative activity and effectively decreases the levels of endogenous phosphorylated SR proteins. In addition, CLK1/2-IN-3 enhances the expression of S6K mRNAs, making it a valuable tool for research applications focused on alternative splicing regulation and cellular signaling pathways.
