CLM3
Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor
CLM3 is a pyrazolopyrimidine derivative that functions as a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It exhibits significant antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic effects on both endothelial and cancer cells, particularly when used in conjunction with SN38.
