CM03
G4s Ligand
CM03 is a potent ligand for DNA G-quadruplexes (G4s), known to stabilize these structures within the genome. This stabilization leads to the downregulation of G4-containing genes and increases the frequency of double-strand break events due to torsional strain on DNA and chromatin. CM03 exhibits selective potency in targeting pancreatic cancer cells, making it a valuable tool for research on G4 dynamics and their implications in cancer biology.
