Neuroprotective Agent

CN016 is a neuroprotective agent that targets the modulation of inflammatory responses. It effectively inhibits the elevation of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as G-CSF, GM-CSF, and IL-6 induced by Oxaliplatin. Additionally, CN016 mitigates Paclitaxel-induced inflammatory responses and reduces immune cell infiltration into sensory neurons, thereby protecting against neurotoxic damage. This compound has demonstrated efficacy in safeguarding neuronal integrity in models of Oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy.
