CoDi3

Covalent Dimerizing molecule

CoDi3 is a covalent dimerizing molecule that specifically targets O6-alkylguanine-DNA alkyltransferase (AGT, also known as SNAP-tag) to induce irreversible protein dimerization in living cells. This selective mechanism allows CoDi3 to serve as an effective sensor for protein-protein interactions, facilitating the study of complex biological processes. Its application is essential for researchers investigating dimerization effects on cellular functions and signaling pathways.
