COP1-ATGL Modulator
COP1-ATGL Modulator 1 is an orally bioactive compound that targets the COP1-ATGL axis. This modulator enhances the expression of adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) while reducing its ubiquitination, as well as decreasing COP1 autoubiquitination. Notably, COP1-ATGL Modulator 1 effectively diminishes lipid accumulation in hepatocytes at nanomolar concentrations, making it a valuable tool for research into lipid metabolism and related metabolic disorders.
