Protein Kinase Inhibitor
Corylifol C is a highly effective protein kinase inhibitor, demonstrating potent inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 8.7 μg/ml for ARK5, 3.0 μg/ml for Aurora-A, 2.1 μg/ml for Aurora-B, 6.4 μg/ml for AXL, 4.5 μg/ml for B-RAF-VE, 6.2 μg/ml for CDK4/CycD1, 2.3 μg/ml for TIE2, 1.2 μg/ml for EGF-R, and 5.1 μg/ml for EPHB4.
